The State government established Shabari Adivasi Vitta Va Vikas Mahmandal Maryadit through Govt. Resolution , Tribal Development Department, No. AVIM-2396/45/CR39/D 3 Mumbai dated 9th December, 1998. The Shabari Mahamandal was established to provide term loan, seed capital, grant to educated unemployed scheduled tribe people to generate self employment.
Establishment:- Shabari Adivasi Vitta Va Vikas Mahmandal is registered under Companies Act, 1956 as an undertaking of State Govt.Registration No of the corporation is 25-13247/1999 dated 15th January, 1999 and CIN No-U74210MH1999SGC118747
Purpose:-
- To take up self-employment generation programmes for schedule tribes in the State.
- To act as a channelizing agency for NSTFDC, New Delhi for schedules tribes in Maharashtra.
