The State government established Shabari Adivasi Vitta Va Vikas Mahmandal Maryadit through Govt. Resolution , Tribal Development Department, No. AVIM-2396/45/CR39/D 3 Mumbai dated 9th December, 1998. The Shabari Mahamandal was established to provide term loan, seed capital, grant to educated unemployed scheduled tribe people to generate self employment.

Eligibility Criteria for Loan
- Scheduled Tribes Mandatory
- Annual Family Income limit Rural-Rs. 98000/-, Urban-Rs. 120000/-
- Age limit 18-45 yrs
- Term Loan upto Rs 50,000/- under Mahila Sabalikaran Yojana, no beneficiaries contribution is required.
- Adivasi Mahila Sabalikaran Yojana ROI @@ 4% applicable
